?? Key Responsibilities

• ?? Source and structure loans (acquisitions, refinancing, etc.).
• ?? Analyze financials (DSCR, LTV, NOI, etc.) to assess borrower risk.
• ?? Build and maintain strong lender relationships.
• ?? Prepare credit memos, reports, and financial models.
• ? Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

? Qualifications

?? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
?? 5+ years experience in commercial lending or underwriting.
?? Strong Excel skills; Yardi or Argus experience preferred.
?? Proven ability to structure and close complex transactions.
?? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
